Before you arrive

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability. Guests who book direct get priority.

No reception and no keys. We send you two codes before you arrive: one for the building's front door, one for your apartment.

Before check-in or after check-out, leave your bags behind the white counter on the ground floor.

On request, we change towels every 3 days and bed linen every 7. An iron and ironing board are also available, just ask.

Turn left out of the building: the bins for rubbish and recycling are about 50 metres away.

• Please keep quiet between 11 pm and 7 am.
• The whole building is non-smoking.
• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. No visitors.
• Please respect the shared areas and the neighbours.
• Always close the building's front door.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Porto charges a municipal tax of €3 per person per night, charged when you book if you book directly with us. For bookings made on other platforms, that platform's terms apply. Exemptions are those set by Porto City Council.

Close the apartment door behind you. You don't have to wash up or take out the rubbish, but we appreciate it.
